Struggles

So let's get real here. I have a hard time finishing things which leads to frustration and the feeling of failure. Especially when it comes to weight loss.
I said last week I was going to do the lemon water detox. Which called for 48 lemons!! Just thought that was crazy. Anyway, my lemons were on steroids and the juice from one was extremely powerful in the cup of water it called for. Determined to keep going I did days 2, 3 and 4. Now I usually don't drink much in the morning so this was a stretch. I also don't eat much and with the lemon water I found myself just not eating breakfast. Except for day four when I made cheesy hashbrowns! Then I did my Cize dvd...and felt sick :-/ I know it wasn't the best combination, but four cups was a lot of work!
After day 4 I also stopped my dvd because I had hurt my calf doing it, I did push through for a day or two after but just wanted to give it a rest.
Conclusion....last week I only followed my original plan for the four days...result in weight loss...0lbs. No surprise there.
Back to square one, with the loss of one week, and we're just going take a break from anything food related and go with the dance dvd for this week.
Not much encouragement or motivating going on, but I have one person willing to do $1 per pound loss which is awesome! Till next time :-)
