Military diet

Here's to another week and starting fresh. After struggling the last two weeks I'm back on track. Started up the second routine on level 2 of my DVD series Cize it up. It was fast but I can only get better!
Yesterday we met with our life group after not meeting in May. That was great, and a few of us wanted to do our own dietbet with each other. So for the next 5 weeks we'll try to lose 4% of our body fat. We are putting $20 down and if we make it we get to keep our money. If we don't it is split between the ones that do or donated if no one makes it! If you would like to join us on this little adventure the more the merrier!! Let me know and we'll figure it all out ;-)
For food this week I'll be on the military diet. Which is ironic seeing that it's memorial day! But it's only a three day diet and then I'll be on my fitness pal for the other four days. If you have an account and want to friend me let me know!
